Thank you so much. That was much needed for me. My brain feels more clear. I feel like I have more kindness around myself, towards myself, towards others, and I definitely felt like I was able to really touch on some things that do have some pain or some fear around them, but do it in a safe space. And I didn’t feel any judgement, or like you said… you put your ego to the side. I feel almost like a release. I really liked the imagery that you talked about around my creativity and my art because I’m a very visual person and I could see that as well too, and so much of it was accurate. The metaphors and the dragon, and coming up and elevating on a platform and feeling like I have this really dirty dark dress on that I need to cut off of myself. This has been very insightful. It’s wild. It’s crazy where my mind went… just the way I intrinsically felt, it’s crazy. I think I had some stuff that was underneath rocks in my brain that I hadn’t really dealt with in a while. Me: Now that you’ve had the reading how would you say its accuracy was on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being super accurate? And was there anything that surprised you?

J.D.: Yeah afterwards it was definitely a 9 – 10. And what surprised me in the reading was how you knew I was taking care her of her financially and there was no way you could have known that. And that had been the biggest burden on me for like the entire time. And when you told me the whole relationship was so imbalanced…. I was like… you have no idea. And I thought that was just amazing.

When you told me that I needed to stop spending so much time at home… you telling me that… I decided to get on the online dating sites, which I like never ever thought I would do that. And I was like crap, she is right, I have to do something different. So you kind of giving me that little kick in the pants to like start seeing things as they are… not as I want them to be… helped me. And you started to show me what they were thinking verses what I thought they were thinking. And so actually putting it together for me made sense.

So weirdly I feel like you have put me on a path to start putting that past behind me. So maybe that’s a thing. I just think it’s very strange you have made me start putting myself back out there. Before our session I was feeling stressed and unsure of how to get what I wanted out of a particular situation. I was confused and had no idea where to even start. Physically I had a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck, and back. So much so that it affected my posture. (Though I’d have never known it was affecting that until after the session.)

What I liked most in the session was the physical feeling of the energies movement. It was a relaxing sensation that I had never felt. It was the evidence I needed to know it was working. I felt energy moving from my head all the way to my toes, so much so that I couldn’t speak. It was a fascinating experience!

After the session I was a little bit sore the next day, but each day after I, and others, noticbd I was standing up straighter and taller. I felt the tension slowly ease in my neck and shoulders.
